modification application with the documentation provided by the customer. Remove Our Debts will never contact or converse with any customer’s mortgage company or lender. Remove Our Debts is not a mortgage modification company who solicits mortgage modification business or does any mortgage modification work for its customers besides filling out the mortgage modification application. It is the customer’s responsibility to submit the modification application to the customer’s mortgage company and initiate (and continually follow up) all contact with the mortgage company to ensure the application is being reviewed. Remove Our Debts will never have any contact with a customer’s mortgage company.
